all reservations subject to local verification:
Rates are loaded and believed to be correct:- but it's a HUGE process
subject to typos and stupidities (mostly mine)
after we recieve your booking, we're gonna check that rates & dates are correct
If not, we'll let you know right away-  but "It has begun!"

Our online booking software is not perfect for our needs
It's very good- and it will get you a room here-
but it does not always rule out reservations in violation of our requirements
until you are really far along into the booking process.
