For all reservations
(here's where it gets harsh)

• Deposits are required
  cash, check or money order within seven days of booking,
  or it MAY be cancelled.  Checks are not accepted at check-in.  Cash, credit cards, and travelers checks are fine on arrival.

• Credit cards may be used to book daily rate stays- deposit will be charged at point of booking ~ card and cardholder MUST be present at check-in or card will be credited and full amount due by other means

• Must be 21 years of age to register.

• Registered guest must occupy room.

• All rooms are non-smoking

On Arrival

• Photo ID is required  ~ one person per room ~ this person must be 21 or older
      (we don't use ID information except for legal issues- ID details are NOT used for marketing *see privacy below)

• You may come as early as you like to register and pick up beach tags

• We can never guarantee parking prior to 1pm on check in day
     If you arrive early- we will check on availability of the parking spot assigned to your unit
      if it is not available, we will not have a space for your vehicle (sorry) until perhaps 1pm

• We can never guarantee a room to be ready for use before 3pm
      this includes putting bags in the room- we can't clean correctly with personal articles in the room
      we do have a refrigerator available to the staff to store a small quantity of items early

• Handicapped parking is assigned to handicapped accessible rooms only
      if you require BLUE parking, please reserve an appropriate room

• Payment for your stay will be required at check-in

• there are no refunds after check-in

Cancellations

• For daily rentals you must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival.

• For all specials- 2 weeks prior to arrival.

• Cancellations subject to $15.00 administrative charge.
      Fee waived if deposit can be applied to any other reservation in 2012

• We have a bicycle rack (bring your lock)

• We do have an elevator

• Beach tags provided through checkout night for everyone over 11

• AC Casinos- 8 miles from motel

• Cots are $5 per night · cribs are $5 per night

• 100 feet from beach and boardwalk

• We are one block from Wonderland Pier and water park

• It is three blocks to the music pier

• We are the closest motel to (2 blocks) civic center & (4 blocks) Tabernacle

• Outdoor heated pool and changing room available

• We have an on site coin operated laundry

• Only one parking space per rental unit

• Free coffee & tea service in lobby 6-11AM daily in lobby

• All units have cable TV, hairdryer, alarm clock, and iron & board, refrigerator and stove & microwave

• Handicapped accessible rooms are available

• 4th floor poolside rooms have ocean view over the back of boardwalk stores

Policies

• There are maximum & enforced numbers of occupants permitted by room type

• All rates unless otherwise listed, are quoted for one or two adults
   there is an additional charge of $15.00 per person after two occupants
  (ages 11 and under are free, up to the maximum capacity of the unit)

• Towels for the beach are not provided

• Pets are NOT allowed

• Must be 21 years of age to register

• Registered guest must occupy room

• Unregistered persons are not allowed in motel rooms or at pool

• Specials require advanced reservations, have limited availability, and only the 'cash' discount can be combined

• All rates are subject to 7% New Jersey sales tax and 5% Occupancy tax

• Sales tax exempt guests with NJ issued exemption form are still subject to Occupancy tax

DEPARTURE

• Check out time is 11 AM

• Automobiles must be off the lot by noon
  if you ask us prior to checkout day, we'll be happy to show you how you can park
      all day for free near the hotel-  7th street is not metered

• you are welcome to using the lobby restrooms, our pool
      and the beachtags all day on the day of your departure.

Privacy

• The registered first & last name, home city and state are shared with
  the owner of the unit that you were in during your stay

• any reasonable request from law enforcement agencies may be complied with

• Your email address is only used for matters concerning individual reservation details
      transaction based emails are the only type we send- nothing in bulk

• Email addresses are not shared with third parties-EVER

• Following your stay- (thank you! by the way- Hope you had a good time!)
      - we will send a postal mail piece in the early spring to the address on your receipt
          at departure we can change this information-
             We will do this for the two years following your stay
   (We have rarely been known to do a third year later -and we have even more rarely sent a 2nd piece in the spring)
