This page lists all kinds of information based on individual features found in our rooms...
The thing you do need to keep in mind is, for some features- not every feature is included with ALL of that room type.
Go ahead and hit the list, if it's universal by type, it will be noted.   If it's not universal, and there is a room # and you require a feature,
the best advice is to book with us via telephone at the number above.
We can't guarantee such requests, it would be unfair to promise otherwise- but the number of times a year when we are forced to drop a request when it was available when booked is in the single digits.

of our three King rooms (XTK) two of them have a daybed with trundlebed, great for two little ones who don't share well
our regular suites (SUI) all have 2 beds in the back + a sofa bed in the living room
our King suite (SUIK) has a King + futon in the bedoom, and a sofa bed in the living room
our decorator suites (SUID) have 2 doubles in the back & a sofa bed except for (302) one which has 2 queen beds and a monster futon

We have five rooms with two double beds on the fourth floor that we call an Ocean View.
We have one beautiful room with one queen bed on the fourth floor that we call an Ocean View Penthouse. (it's on the same floor)
All of them have great views of the WATER and two double beds,
we will not put a cot in any of them, which means the occupancy limit is 4, (2 in the penthouse) 5 (3) only if there is an infant along.... (your crib or ours)
some of them have good looks at the boardwalk as well, if you visit the info page, you will see an image that shows the view from all five, one after the other.

We have 9 rooms on the second and third floors (all with two beds; mostly two double beds, some with a Queen & a Double ) where the view of the ocean is obstructed but visible, some can also see the boardwalk rather well.
We will not put a cot in any of them, which means the occupancy limit is 4, 5 only if there is an infant along.... (your crib or ours)
Some of them have good looks at the boardwalk as well, if you visit the info page, you will see an image that shows the view from all nine, one after the other.
Some of our suites have peeks at the Ocean as well. Fourth floor near the elevator can see water from the bedroom window, and on the far end they can see the water from out front...
for actual details on suite views, please call us first, we'd hate to give you a false expectation of a 'water view suite'|
Our king rooms are similar to the suites, with the 4th floor having the best look of them out the window, yet still visible (postage stamp) from even the second floor one.

There are three handicapped accessible units in the building, all of them have DVD players
All of them are tile floors throughout- no carpet in these. All have covered parking right near the lobby,
and booking one of these rooms are the only way to get blue parking at the Ocean 7
two are upstairs with one queen bed each (and will handle a cot or crib, at some loss of maneuverability) these are our Upper Floor HCA units (UFH)
one on the ground floor with a Queen bed and Sofa bed.. (the only HCA unit that will sleep more than 2) it is one of two FFL, the other is not HCA, so if you need a larger unit and accessible features please call directly to ensure availability.

Now in house,
Unit #316 a Upper Floor Ocean peek room, also featured on our Unique page has a 24" flat TV and
415 the Ocean view Penthouse has one
302 a decorator Suite now has one in the bedroom
201 Our king bed suite also has a large one
221 has just had one installed
424 on the 4th floor has had one added

320 (an upper floor 'peek') two double bed room is the only unit in the building with a VHS VCR, a model built into the television.
It has a great view of the water and of Gillians Waterpark out the second side window.
If you want this VCR enabled room (or even if you just want the view) book early, this room has a lot of requests just because of the views out the extra window....
301 which is a standard suite also has a DVD&VCR combo player in the bedroom

Fear not, if your unit does not have a DVD player, we will indeed rent one for a mere five dollars per night (plus tax)
many owners are realizing the benefits to this simple upgrade
Universal by type-
our four ground floor units large and small, our two HCA units upstairs,
our three rooms with a king bed and our decorator suites all have them standard

Some two double bed units upstairs,
216, 217, 316, 317 & 319 on the poolside peek
221, 222, 322, 323 and 421, 422, 423 in a standard (non) view unit
418 and 416 have them in our Ocean View
201 and 301 which are standard suites both have two (front and rear both)
401, 411 and 412 have one each.

Cots are a separate item that we do charge $5.00 + sales tax per night for.
all of our suites including the decorator ones will handle a cot- but let's be very clear, that does NOT mean they will handle a 7th person over age 2, they only reason to put a cot in a suite is when two people are unwilling or unable to share in a sofabed
Our ground floor large units can also hold a cot, but once again- there is a definite body count limit to these as well- five, we won't put more than five people in a ground floor unit in any case...

There are three rooms in the building, all can handle four people, a fifth only for an infant.. they are all located at the end of a short hall and do not have the same 'balcony' effect that all the rest of our upstairs rooms enjoy. They are a little secluded, and all can see the ocean from the window- but not a view you will take in for hours.

Now we also have a King Suite- In the bedroom it has a King bed & adjacent a double futon-- in the front it has a queen sleeper sofa

Currently we are up to 9 real true queen beds in the building, all four of the ground floor units; both large and small sizes. Both of our upstairs handicapped accessible units,
Our newest decorator suite room 302 has two queen beds in the bedroom, and a great big futon in place of a sofa in the living room.
Room 317 which is a Poolside & Ocean Peek room now has one double and one queen bed instead of the usual two doubles in that price class.
It's also worth knowing that all the rooms in the motel with a queen bed also happen to have DVD players- and all the sofa beds in the building (suites or first floor large) are queen sized as well.

Poolside rooms include everything we call Ocean View (UFO), Everything we call Ocean Peek (UFP)
and one of our HCA rooms (219) with one Queen Bed (UFH).. there are two standard (UFE) #218 & #220, which are poolside, but if you need poolside, it's safer to book a UFP than a UFE- as we can't guarantee you'd stay in 220 or 218

Suites and decorator suites only.. and ONLY when one of the seven (or more) is aged two or younger.. experience has shown time and again, exceeding this limit makes your stay less enjoyable than it should be, in addition to which, it's a fire code limit. If you want travel with a gang, you'll need more than one unit in the hotel.. we can usually arrange a standard room if not near a suite, than certainly on the same floor, please call for specific availability.. (and- our staff is always ready when requested to ensure rooms be far apart if necessary, and take the fall when we tell "Uncle Bob" that that is as close as possible (when it's not very close at all)
