Our online reservation software is not perfect-
it will only report certain errors quite far along in the booking
process-wasting your time.
Do
not attempt an arrival date less than 14 days from today (call us instead)
Do not attempt to book over 4th of July for less than 3 nights-
Do not attempt to book a Saturday alone from June 12th to closing-
Do not attempt a Friday Saturday pair from June 18th thru Labor Day weekend-
Do not attempt one night on Saturday May 29 or one night Sunday May 30th-
it may seem to work, get your name, then a little further along in the
reservation process it will just hang.
Further- if one goes through that
should not, we won't keep it.
Setting the rates each year requires a
herculean effort to get everything right.
if something slipped through that
shouldn't, we'll catch it when we see your reservation
and not book you, but
instead send you a personalized message with alternate options.
We can at the hotel only often book Friday & Saturday pairs-sometimes
Saturday alone for the restricted dates
Please do not enter credit card numbers. We will not use your credit card online and putting in your number will not hold your room.

we need your email address to confirm your reservation and send your deposit

We will not be using your email address for anything not related to your
specific reservation
for the 5& more night specials- make sure the
departure date you enter is for the next day-- the day you would actually
be departing.
suite & decorator suite pre-season 10% discounts will NOT show on the website-
they get deducted before we send out the confirmation email while applicable
(deposit here by May 15th)
please look at the "RATE INFORMATION" on the next screen and choose the correct rate type from the
box.

NOHK - housekeeping reduced rates in the spring & Fall
for the specials, you'll have to get the start
date & end date (day you check out) right, or it will error out a few pages in.
