2013 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SPECIAL

     ARRIVE FRIDAY MAY 24th -DEPART MONDAY MAY 27th

$410 ~ for all three nights

 ARRIVE SATURDAY MAY 25th  -DEPART TUESDAY May 28th

$460 ~ for all four nights-only $50 more!

Daily rates are also available for Memorial weekend with 72 hours advance notice required to cancel.
There is a 2 night stay minimum requirement on the holiday weekend ~ for daily rates.
Daily rates are appropriate for those who require greater flexibility in their travel planning.

All "specials" are flat rate up to the occupancy limit of the room
All specials require a 50% deposit by check or money order mailed in- Sorry, credit cards can not be used to hold specials
Deposit must be recieved by the motel within seven days of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival
(book 3 weeks out, use a stamp--  book 16 days out-  Express mail!)

All specials require 14 days notice in advance of arrival date to be cancelled with a return of your deposit. (less 15$ cancellation fee)

All rates are subject to state taxes in effect at arrival ~ currently 7% NJ State sales tax and 5% NJ Occupancy tax
 
All cancellation fees will be waived if the deposit can be applied to another reservation in the same year.
