All daily rates are based on two persons occupying unit.
Additional people (over age 11) are $15/person/night.
Additional people (11 & under) are free to the capcity of the room.

All daily reservations require a deposit of 1st night & taxes
either via credit card when booked,(Visa/MC/Disc- not Amex)
or check or money mailed to the hotel
or reservation is subject to cancellation.

mailed deposits must be recieved by the motel both
within 7 days of booking, and no later than 14 days prior to arrival
(book 3 weeks out, use a stamp-- book 16 days out- Express mail!)
If you mail your deposit and pay the balance in cash, there is an additional 3% discount

Some weekend & Holiday dates have minimum length of stay requirements
Starting mid June through mid September:
a Friday & Saturday for a two night stay or through the end of the year
a Saturday alone can be restricted

Daily rate stays require cancellation notice by 3 pm, 3 days prior
to scheduled arrival day to ensure
a return of your deposit (less 15$ cancellation fee)

All rates are subject to state taxes in effect at arrival
currently 7% NJ State sales tax and 5% NJ Occupancy tax

All cancellation fees will be waived if the deposit can be applied to
another reservation in the same year.

Rates can and do increase- but always keep rates as/when booked.
Must be 21 to register, registered guest must occupy room.
Beach tags are available for all adults reserved, deposit will be required.
This building is a CONDOTEL, individual owners can make changes
to furniture & interior offerings, bedding will be specified at booking.
